All pieces are individually made by hand by myself. I only put pots up for sale that I am 100% happy with. I also try to take images which describe each piece well and give a fair representation of colours and forms.
I will dispatch all pieces within three working days of purchase by Recorded or Special Delivery, depending on size and weight with The Royal Mail. Overseas Shipping is available, please email for details.
If the piece you purchase do not meet with your complete satisfaction I am happy to refund or exchange for another piece of the same value, please return the item to me within 14 days, and pack it in the same way as it arrived with you to ensure its safe return to me. All returns must be sent by Recorded Delivery at your own cost, unless the item was faulty.
